“ This restaurant has some of the best middle eastern food around. We had the lamb and it was so tender and seasoned just right. The wait staff was very attentive and the manager was great. This will go to the top of our list for restaurants ”
“ I recently had dinner at Sadaf, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The atmosphere was really cozy What really made the night stand out, though, was the service. Benny, our waiter, was absolutely awesome. He was super friendly, knew the menu inside and out, and just really made us feel taken care of. his energy made the whole meal feel even better. Now, the food - the chicken koobideh was out of this world. It was perfectly grilled, super juicy, and had the perfect balance of spices. Not too heavy, just really flavorful. And when you paired it with the rice and grilled veggies? Honestly, it was one of the best koobideh I've had. All in all, Sadaf is definitely worth checking out. The food is amazing, and with service like Benny's, I'll definitely be coming back for more. If you're in the mood for delicious Persian food, this place is a must. ”
“ So my wife and I went on our date night and were trying to go for pizza down the road which I would say is nothing Neapolitan about it beside the four maybe five choices it had, we were so let down therefore we just walked away and down the street to see if they had something else good. We ended up encountering Sadaf and I have to say Oh YEA we are coming back here for the food. Clean eating and just great presentation. We had Benny as our waiter and we asked him for recommendations on the food they had. Let me say that what Benny said was amazing ! We ordered combinations number three. As well we had desserts plus tea which hit the spot even more. We had the baklava and the ice cream. Wish I could give more than five stars. Food, service and price of things were amazing. Till the next time we will be back!!! ”
“ Great atmosphere with spectacular food. First time coming to the restaurant and had a great experience. Our server Benny was attentive, kind, and overall amazing! We came for dinner, we ordered the "Combination Appetizer" it Included hummus, maust khiar, dolmeh, and eggplant delight. For our main entree we ordered "Sadaf Combination 3" it included sampler skewers of filet mignon barg, boneless chicken and rack of lamb with grilled veggies, salad, and rice. Last but not least we had the Baklava for dessert. Everything from start to finish was SO delicious and well prepared!!! I even ordered takeout for my family.... We definitely will be back. ”
“ Benny was an excellent server. We felt very appreciated and his service was great. Would definitely come back again. ”
“ Let me start by saying the flavors in the food are amazing! Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I ordered one beef koobideh and the Gheimeh Bademjan stew, and both were absolutely delicious. I have no complaints about the taste or quality of the food at all. That said, I do agree with other reviews regarding portion sizes. For the price, I felt they could have been a bit more generous with the meat in the stew, maybe balancing it out by offering a little less rice. I've been to many Middle Eastern restaurants, including Raffi's in Glendale, which serves fantastic food with very generous portions--so I can't help but compare. I picked up my order for takeout, and the experience was smooth. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and I believe I was greeted by the owner, who also prepared my food. He was very kind and efficient. While I do wish the portions were slightly larger, the overall experience was positive. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely return for takeout. The food is flavorful, the service is great, and the ambiance inside the restaurant is lovely. Would recommend! PS I did order a barbecue tomato and I would recommend cooking that longer. It was hard but not a big deal to me. I just didn't eat it. ”
“ Great food, great staff, great vibes. Highly recommend. Will come back again. Great vegan options ”
“ I found this place incidentally while searching for Persian food. I realized how close it was to us. It's about 30 mins which is not bad at all. Good food and great quality and ambiance! Food was very tasty! We had the kobideh beef and it was great. It comes with rice and tomato and onions! We also got the maust khiar which is yogurt with cucumber. Also got the kushk betinjan! It was so good and so fresh! We will be definitely returning! And recommending it to friends and family. They also cater which will also consider! ”
“ Same 5 star experience as always. Our server Ashkan was wonderful. Food was hot and fresh with great portion sizes. Happy to find them open on Christmas Day! ”
“ I ordered over the phone and picked up two entrees on time. They were the juicy chicken and beef & chicken koobideh for $54. Everything tasted good and it's always better to dine in, but we were exhausted from a long day out. The only improvement they can make for to go orders is to give you more bread. In the past, they've provided lots of bread and butter but this time I paid an extra 25 cent fee and got no butter and 1 serving of the bread when I ordered 2 entrees... also, they only provided 2 sumac packets but in the past its been so much more...not a deal breaker but they changed.. ”
